On my own perspective, I believe everyone is a leader. This is because leadership begins in our homes – that’s where we exhibit leadership qualities; care, tolerance, openness, etc. Every leader should be able to live a positive and exemplary life. As young people and leaders, it is bound on us to impact our communities positively starting at youthful age. I used the first chance I got and I participated in a protest to say "No to wars", but that was not enough. I then started working with some associations, for peace, and I participate in some peace conferences that helped developed my skills. I began to focus on youth, teaching them what the real meaning of war was, and that there are much more ways to solve our problem without wars.

Every time I talk to my friends and new acquaintances and tell them about my volunteer works, they always ask me these questions. What inspires you? Who/What motivates you? Do you feel worthy and fulfilled of it? I always answer them, its my passion that drives me to do all these. My passion to serve my fellow citizen especially the youth.
